AAP leader and Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal, has been summoned by ED, Enforcement Directorate, in the Delhi policy liquor case. According to the summons, Delhi CM planned to go on a 10-day vipassana session starting Tuesday, Raghav Chadha said. Kejriwal has been asked by the Delhi probe agency to appear before December 21 in association with the money laundering case pertaining to Delhi liquor policy.  

Chadha reacted to the ED summons and said that Delhi CM Vipassana meditation camp had been scheduled in advance and legal advice had already been taken by lawyers. He also gave a response to ED on the basis of a summons.

Vipassana is a historical Indian meditation approach in which practitioners hail from any conversation, both with the aid of speaking or through gestures, for a prolonged length to restore their mental well-being. Arvind Kejriwal has been working towards Vipassana for a long time and has been to several locations, including Bengaluru and Jaipur, in past years to coach the historic meditation machine. Every year, Kejriwal is going for a 10-day Vipassana path, and this year, he will do so from December 19 to 30, as per reports. 

ED summons to Delhi CM. 

Raghav Chadha accused the BJP of “being afraid” of Arvind Kejriwal and looking to “weaken” him. “If today, Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia, and Sanjay Singh join BJP, they’ll welcome them with drums and get the instances closed,” he said. Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh had been arrested by the significant probe agencies in connection with the same case. On the opposite hand, Satyendar Jain is presently on intervening time bail till January 8, 2024, in a money laundering case probed by ED.

This is the second summons sent by ED to Arvind Kejriwal. Last month, the AAP leader was summoned to seem earlier than the probe enterprise on November 2. However, he skipped the summons, alleging that it became illegal and politically inspired. The Delhi Chief Minister become also puzzled with the aid of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in reference to the Delhi liquor case in April this year.
