New Delhi: A man fired from his pistol during a skirmish between 2 groups gathered to fill oxygen cylinders at a plant in Kutch district in Gujarat amidst a severe shortage of oxygen in the country during the Corona epidemic.
Police said on Tuesday that some people got angry on Monday night over a vehicle obstructing the path of an oxygen-filling plant in Mota Chirai village near Bhachau Nagar and clashed with another group of people waiting there.
An officer of Bhachau police station said that during the clash, a man named Rajabha Jadeja took out a pistol and fired 3 bullets into the ground to intimidate people. The officer said that the police have registered a case in this regard. No one has been arrested in this case yet and investigations are on.
