New Delhi: The Delhi Police Crime Branch has interrogated the son of Maulana Saad, the chief of Tablighi Jamaat for two hours. This inquiry has taken place in the Crime Branch office. Delhi Police officials have taken information of 20 people arranging for visitors to Markaz Building.

According to a report publish in Hindustan Times, 20 people of Nizamuddin Markaz are involved in arranging for the movement of the people and have been missing since the case was registered. Police came to know about these people during interrogation of travel agents. These 20 people saw the entire system of foreign jamatis coming to Markaz.

Maulana Saad’s son is more active in Markaz’s activities. For this reason, the Crime Branch called him and questioned him. Police also sought information about documents related to the activities of Tablighi Jamaat headquarters. It also held more meetings with the six officials associated with headquarters management. The investigation of the crime branch in this case is on Maulana’s son and nephew on the radar.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has registered an FIR against seven people including Maulan Saad on 31 March in the Nizamuddin Markaz case.
