Sagar: The doctor alleged the death of a patient after treatment in the Rahatgarh police station area of Sagar. According to the police, deceased Rehan’s son Manjit Mansuri, aged 25 years, resident of ward number 5 Rahatgarh, was ill. He reached Dr. Ayub alias Rahat Khan’s clinic for treatment on 20 November.
Where the doctor treated him. Patient Rehan’s health deteriorated after treatment. The family members admitted him to the hospital. Rehan died during treatment on 24 November. On information, the police filed a case and took it under investigation.
The family members had accused Dr. Khan of negligence in treatment. In the case, while investigating the matter, the police collected the slips, medicines, and other evidence including the treatment of the deceased.
There Dr. Ayub Khan’s record was extracted. It was revealed that he has obtained the degree of Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgeon from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. And in the PM report, the death of the patient was revealed due to septicemia complications.
In the investigation of the case, the death of the patient was found to be due to negligence in treatment and reaction due to the wrong injection of medicine. On the basis of the evidence revealed in the investigation, the police have registered a case against Dr. Ayub alias Rahat Khan under Section 304 (A) and taken it into investigation.
