Meerut: The owner of Anand Hospital in Meerut got suicide on Saturday due to financial problem. Hariom Anand ate sulfas tablets in his form house, after which his health started deteriorating. He succumbed while bringing him to the hospital. It is being told that the owner of Anand Hospital had a debt of crores for a long time.
There are many people, including doctors, industrialists, businessmen, whose crores of rupees are owed to Anand Hospital. Lenders were putting pressure on him for not being able to pay the debt for a long time. Many times people have also resorted to police and administration, but no efforts of those who gave loans were successful. It is believed that Hariom Anand was troubled by the debt. Due to this, his health was also bad. For a long time, he was staying in his farm house in Murlipur.
According to sources, even before this, he tried suicide several times. Although could not succeed, but on Saturday he ate sulfas. His health deteriorated and people rushed him to the hospital in a hurry, but he could not be saved. Anand Mansi, daughter of Hariom Anand, is overseeing the Anand Hospital.
