New Delhi: Standal up comic artist Kunal Kamra, who is facing contempt of the Supreme Court because of his tweet, said that he is neither going to delete his tweet nor apologize for it. Explain that Kamra had targeted the Supreme Court by tweeting on the bail of TV anchor Arnab Goswami in the suicide case.
Now in her tweet, Kamra wrote, “I do not intend to withdraw or apologize for my tweet. I believe they speak for their loved ones.” He also wrote, “No lawyer, no apology, no penalty, no waste of time.”
Kunal Kamra has expressed his anger by writing an open letter on the social media in the name of Supreme Court judges and Attorney General KK Venugopal. People have also trolled Kunal Kamra on social media for expressing such anger and sarcasm on the Supreme Court.
The letter states that Attorney General KK Venugopal has crossed all limits by allowing 8 people to file criminal contempt pleas. Writing a reply to a lawyer who had asked the Attorney General to file a contempt petition against Kamra, Venugopal wrote, “The time has come when people are unjustly criticizing and attacking the Supreme Court , they face punishment.
