New Delhi: Amid ruckus over alleged education scam in the national capital, five legislators of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were suspended from the Delhi Assembly for a day on Thursday, sources said. A dispute between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the opposition BJP broke when the latter tried to corner the Delhi government over the liquor police and alleged education scam. The ruling AAP legislators countered the BJP saying that it was involved in Operation Lotus across country.
