Lucknow: After the condition of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh worsened, he was shifted to Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) late on Sunday evening where his condition is still critical. A sudden rise in his blood pressure had led to a minor heart attack. He has been transferred from Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
According to an official statement, the 89-year-old politician has a swollen parotid gland and irregularities in his kidney. A panel of ten doctors is treating the former chief minister.
According to an SGPGI bulletin “His blood pressure and plus is stable, but it has turned into sensorium, which is being treated by doctors of cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology and neuro-ontology. Antibiotics administration helped control his sepsis.” But the brain scan showed blood clots.”
