Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has given a big relief to Ashok Gehlot on Monday. In fact, the court has rejected the petition of BJP MLA Madan Dilawar challenging the merger of 6 BSP MLAs into Congress. The BSP had also become a party to the case by petitioning, but despair was at hand. Now the BSP is asking its MLAs to vote against the Congress in the Assembly.
Please tell that Madan Dilawar had filed a petition against the merger of all 6 MLAs of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) into Congress. Significantly, BJP MLA Madan Dilavar challenged the Rajasthan High Court for not taking action on the petition filed before Speaker CP Joshi against the merger of 6 BSP MLAs into Congress. Hearing in this case, the High Court has dismissed the petition.
Meanwhile, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) issued a whip for its six MLAs, asking them to vote against the Congress government if voting is done. While the MLAs say they have not received any notice and they are with the Congress under any circumstances. Lakhan Singh Meena, who is an MLA from Karauli, says that now he is with the Congress and in such a situation the whip of the BSP does not matter.
