FIR against Tejashwi, Tej Pratap in the murder case before the election

Patna: Police have registered an FIR against 6 people including Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap in the case of killing of former RJD leader before the Bihar elections. Shakti Malik, former secretary of SC / ST cell of RJD, was killed on Sunday. In this case, Purnia SP Vishal Sharma said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the deceased’s wife Khushbu Devi.

Investigation is being done to determine the involvement of the leaders in this case. On Sunday, 35-year-old Malik was murdered by unknown people near the chicken farm road in Purnia district. The family members of the deceased alleged that Shakti Malik was going to contest assembly elections from Raniganj in Araria, so RJD leaders removed her from the road.

Shortly before, Shakti Malik accused RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav of demanding Rs 50 lakh for a ticket to contest from Raniganj reserved seat. Malik’s wife said that at 6 am on Sunday, my husband was shot dead by three unknown assailants. He was quickly rushed to Sadar Hospital where doctors declared him dead. The wife alleged that my husband was killed on the instigation of Tejashwi Yadav.

Regarding the FIR in this case, the Rashtriya Janata Dal says that it has been politically motivated before the assembly elections. RJD state spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that the allegations being made against Tejashwi and Tej Pratap are false and baseless. This FIR has also been inspired by political sentiment.
