Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that economic equality forms the basis of social equality. If one section becomes strong in the society and one section is weak then such a society can never become a self-sufficient society. It requires that there should be a balance in the society and this balance should not only be at the social level but also at the economic level. To fulfill this objective, the present government is working under the basic mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’.
The Chief Minister was addressing the online transfer program of funds to 3,484 beneficiaries of ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyay Swarozgar Yojana’ and ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyay Swarozgar Yojana’ for the all-round development of the poor of scheduled castes at his government residence here today. Under the scheme, the Chief Minister transferred Rs 17 crore 42 lakh to the accounts of the beneficiaries.
During the program, the Chief Minister interacted with the beneficiaries of the districts of Rae Bareli, Gorakhpur, Basti, Meerut, Azamgarh and Moradabad. The beneficiaries apprised the Chief Minister that they will use this transferred funds for groceries, generator sets, laundry and dry cleaning, cyber cafes, tailoring, banking correspondents, tent houses, cow farming etc.
