Lucknow: The double murder in the High Security Zone in VVIP Gautampalli area of Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow has created a panic in the police department. Actually, miscreants have entered the railway officer’s house and ruthlessly killed his wife and son. A heavy police force has been deployed on the spot after the incident was reported. The police team has started investigating the case. People of the area are in panic due to the incident.
Rajiv Dutt Vajpayee (RD) Bajpai’s wife and son have been shot and killed in Lucknow. The incident took place at his government residence in the very secure Gautam Palli area of the capital. Criminals have shot into his house. RD Bajpai, a senior official of Indian Railway Services, is also the media advisor to the Railways.
RD Vajpayee is the Executive Director in the Ministry of Railways. He has also been a senior DOM in Lucknow. The body of his wife Malti and son Sharad (19 years) lay in bed. After seeing both of them bled, the daughter informed the police. The daughter is shocked after this episode. DGP Hitesh Chandra Awasthi, along with Police Commissioner Lucknow, are on the spot. Police denied the robbery. Servants are being questioned.
