Delhi govt declares holiday on Chhath Puja

New Delhi: Delhi Government has declared a public holiday on November 20 on the occasion of Chhath festival.

The announcement was made on Tuesday by the Delhi government, however, keeping in view the pandemic, Chhath celebrations are not allowed at public places.

The Chhath festivites will begin on Wednesday with the holy bath and eating.

It will be completed on Saturday by offering prayers to Sun, and the festival will be complete.
