The Ballia district administration has instructed to distribute condoms, Mala-D and family planning kits to every household. Ballia’s Assistant CMO Dr Virendra Prasad said, “The government is upset over the fact that family planning does not become an entertainment tool for spouses due to the lockdown. There is a danger of increasing the population. Instructions have been given to distribute family planning kits to every household in the district.
