Bengaluru: The state government has again announced a lockdown in Karnataka’s capital Bengaluru to prevent the ever-increasing Corona infection. Earlier, the state government imposed a 33-hour lockdown in the state capital. The government, which is involved in the prevention of corona infection, has announced a lockdown in Bengaluru for 14 days i.e. Tuesday to 10 days i.e. 22 July Friday.
Let us know that after the maximum number of 2,313 new cases of Covid-19 in Karnataka, the total number of infected in the state has increased to 33,418, while the number of deaths due to infection has reached 543 due to 57 more deaths in the state.
The health department gave this information. During the day, a record 1,003 patients were discharged after recovering. Out of 2,313 new cases reported on Friday, 1,447 cases are from Bangalore city alone. These are the highest number of cases in a day.
