Apart from the ATS team, about two thousand additional police forces are engaged in their security.
In Bodh Gaya, the 14th Tibetan religious leader, the Dalai Lama, will have his program at the Kalachakra Maidan on December 29, 30, and 31. More than 50 thousand devotees from India and abroad will participate. Security for every activity will be strict during teaching. Kalachakra will be able to enter the ground only after a thorough investigation of the issue of security.
No person will be able to enter without an identity card and security check. Apart from this, there will be patrolling all the time.
District Magistrate Dr. SM Thiagarajan told that religious leader Dalai Lama has arrived in Bodh Gaya. A lot of preparations have been done for their safety. He said that keeping in view the past incidents, this time more additional arrangements have been made. CCTV cameras have been installed including a watch tower.
Along with this, an additional police force has been deployed. Apart from this, video recording is also being done. Security personnel will be engaged in the security of the Dalai Lama for 24 hours.
Chinese spy was caught two months ago
Two months ago, the security of Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama in Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh has been increased after the espionage case came to the fore. The investigating agencies are on alert regarding this. Chinese woman Kairuo was arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police on charges of involvement in anti-national activities.
The woman detective was arrested by the Joginder Nagar police of Mandi in Himachal, due to which security arrangements have been beefed up in Bodh Gaya.
