AIIMS Trauma Center chief removed in journalist’s suicide case

New Delhi: After the death of Corona positive journalist Tarun Sisodia, the Medical Superintendent of Delhi’s AIIMS Trauma Center has been removed from his post. On 6 July, a Corona-positive journalist allegedly died from the fourth floor in AIIMS and died. Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan tweeted on Friday that an expert committee will be formed to suggest changes in the administration of the country’s premier hospital. He also said that the committee will submit its suggestions by 27 July.

He said that after the suicide of the journalist, the report was submitted by the 4-member inquiry committee set up to investigate him. The committee has not come to know of any wrong motives in Sisodia’s death. No negligence has been found in the treatment of corona.

Remember, a Corona-infected journalist killed himself by jumping from the fourth floor of AIIMS. After this, there were reports of the AIIMS administration’s negligence on social media. After this, the Union Health Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, ordered the AIIMS Director in the matter to conduct an official investigation into the incident immediately. He formed a high-level committee.
