New Delhi: The ‘Arogya Setu App’ in the country has been subscribed by 50 million people in 15 days and 100 million people in 40 days. NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant said that the app has already identified more than 3000 hotspots in 3-17 days ahead of time.
At the same time, the number of people who downloaded the ‘Arogya Setu App’ in Uttar Pradesh has reached nearly two crore and through this, 82 people have been reported to be infected with the Corona virus so far. State’s principal secretary (medical and health) Amit Mohan Prasad said on Saturday, “The Arogya Setu app is being used continuously. It is benefiting greatly. About two crore people in the state have downloaded this app. “
Prasad said, “All the people who had received the alert till Friday through the app were called from the control room of the Health Department. The department has so far called 30, 994 people. Of these, 82 people said that they are infected and undergoing treatment in various hospitals. 45 reported that they were infected but are now infection free after treatment. 1079 people said that they are in isolation. ”
