Writing your thoughts can help you heal!

Due to the COVID-19 times, mental health has been hit by everyone. It has become quite uncertain to trust and even commit things unlike how it used to happen earlier. Some people are so unaware of their mental health status that they keep making any decisions without a proper plan in place. Some business owners have quit their businesses thinking they cannot sail in this tough journey ahead.

Some students decided to leave their studies mid-way as they want to now support their families in taking care of the living expenses. Some people have called off their marriages as they cannot further spend on their savings which is meager. Some people have left their homes to settle in low-cost living places as it is better to at least get two times of food and proper sleep than live in a home that is full of debt.

Whatever you went through and are going through during the COVID-19 pandemic times is personal and cannot be compared or criticized with or by others. Only YOU know what made you take such decisions and no one else knows what is going on in your heart and mind that is hurt due to the changes. It is important that at least YOU talk to yourself by writing down your thoughts in a journal or a book.

The more you write, the more you will realize its importance. The more you will get clarity on what you want in your life. The more you will share your hurt feelings on the book that you wanted to keep hiding and shying away from. The more you write your feelings as it is, the more you will heal from the emotional pain that is manifesting into physical pain. The more you write, the more you will care for yourself and take sound decisions in your life.
