1) Start learning an online course on the subject related to your job or academics. Whether you are a college student or unemployed or employed, it is always recommended to keep upskilling ourselves whenever we get an opportunity. Learning something new or even the same with a new perspective helps us gain the confidence of our skillset and improve our performance at work, studies, life, relations, etc.

2) Focus on your hobbies on weekends or half an hour each day. If you like gardening, why not plant a seed in a pot and water it daily, see it grow slow and steadily. If you like drawing and coloring, then why not get a drawing book, draw something random or planned ideas, color it the way you like, and keep following this practice. If you like singing or dancing, then YouTube is the best place to check out videos and learn the skill. If you like to cook, then again there are many online cooking courses by top chefs who are training from scratch to help you better your skills.
3) Practice compassion, patience, courage, hope, positive thinking ideas that help you look at the bigger picture of life than overthinking about the past and crying over what didn’t work for you. Our mind is quite dangerous if we don’t clean it regularly with new ideas and new thoughts. Talk to friends or relatives if you feel comfortable or you can start journaling your thoughts on a regular basis as it will help remove all the bad that has remained in your mind for a longer time.
