Whenever we get angry or irritated at someone for a reason or no reason, we are reminded by our elderly relatives or parents to calm down and have tolerance.
So, what happens that we lose our patience and tolerance levels at one point of time in our lives that we just almost give up?
It’s all because of the stress levels and the challenging situation that makes us lower our tolerance levels.
If someone is bothering you or annoying you, look inside yourself to find out the main problem.
We may often think that the other person is the main problem and put the blame on them but the fact is you feel frustrated because of your ego or heightened emotions.
So what we do to reduce your frustration? Meditate as it will help you be with yourself for a while and make you more tolerant towards yourself, things and others.
Meditation has a calming effect on your body and mind and helps you to take control over your reactive emotions.
