Every soap, detergent, product that sells on the television advertises itself to give you the required immunity to fight out deadly diseases and infections.

Here are some natural tips to improve your immunity.

Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, nuts and seeds on a regular basis can help you to ensure that your immune system is strong.

Stress is everywhere. So, it doesn’t mean you take all the negativity with you and sit at one place. Sleep well, eat well and meditate as it will boost your immunity and keep you away from stress.

You need not become an athlete or actor to stay fit. All you need to do is keep moving your body with simple household chores, exercise and yoga to cut down stress and stay happy.
