Whenever we think about “health” or “fitness”, the initial thoughts that come to our mind are “we don’t have time” to go to a gym or follow a diet pattern due to our hectic work schedules and busy lifestyles. But this coronavirus pandemic has taught us that “health is wealth” and we need to be having a lifestyle with healthy living habits if we want to live peacefully with no unnecessary hospital visits and expenses.
Here are some ways you can motivate yourself to live a healthy life:
1) Make a healthy living plan and upload it on your Facebook or Instagram handle. It is like you are announcing to yourself and your friends or followers that you are going to adopt a healthy lifestyle for the next one month and see the changes in how your life has changed for the good.
2) With the constant retweets or likes or comments on your post, you will be daily encouraged and reminded to quit any bad habits like drinking alcohol or smoking and leading a healthy lifestyle. This will motivate others to join you in this healthy living challenge and you would form a support system that will be there for you whenever you feel like stopping to follow a healthy living habit.
3) Do not feel sad if you ever tried to snack on pizzas or burgers and consider them as your cheat days. It is okay to fail once or twice a week and take the next day as a new day to restart your healthy habits of eating nutritious meals at regular intervals, exercising for 30 minutes a day, and relaxing with meditation and music.

4) You always need to focus on the larger picture instead of focusing on your failures. Never give up even if you follow healthy living habits only 10 days in a month as you have a new month now wherein you can give your best and keep moving forward in life with new hope and positive energies.
