Tips for preparing for every Monday of your life
Mondays are really boring because it wakes you up from the enjoyment of the weekends. Mondays are hated days for many people because they want to live in the thoughts of the break-time from work or studies that they get in the weekends, which is Saturday or Sunday. However, Mondays are required because you cannot stay partying all week long and you need to come out of that comfort zone so that you can give your best in your different areas of life. Here are some tips on how you can prepare yourself for every Monday that comes in your life:
1) What things do you need when Monday arrives in your life; is it a to-do list, is it a travel bag, is it an assignment to be ready to be submitted? Question yourself to know what are your requirements to be ready for a Monday meeting or official work or personal commitment. The more you try to get the answers, the more you are training your mind to have possible solutions to your problem areas that make you feel Monday is a boring day.
2) Dedicate an hour on Sunday to keep stuff ready for the next day and coming week so that you are well-planned to welcome the new week with full preparations and enthusiasm. Do not crib about going to work or to college or to fulfill a personal work as it falls on Monday. You need to be responsible for your commitments as well know how you can take the time off from your Monday so that you don’t feel too much stressed or heavy in terms of workload.
3) Delegate the tasks from your list if you are feeling too many things are there on your plate. You need to evolve from your comfort zone and that comes only when you are willing to let go of your past old cranky self to becoming a new energetic self.
