Super-foods to boost your immune levels

Do you want to be 100% immune to all diseases and illnesses? Well, that is practically not possible. However, taking efforts to ensure that you keep your immunity strong while there are a lot of infections and viruses spreading all over is a good idea. In the race of life and death, death is inevitable. Those who are born are definitely going to die and that is the actual reality of life. In the current coronavirus times, when people are dying due to lack of oxygen, covid-beds, virus infection, etc., it is time to take our health really very seriously and do whatever we can to stay fit and fine.

Here are some super-foods that you can immediately start including in your daily diet:

Amla:
You can start adding Amla juice or amla pickle or Amla chutney to your regular diet. You know because it offers lots of vitamin C, which can repair oxidative stress. Not only Amla but in fact, all the foods that contain vitamin C like oranges, broccoli, spinach, strawberries, etc. are also good to include in your daily diet for a good immune response.

Turmeric:
Turmeric is believed to have the super-power to fight off all the vulnerabilities of your immune system and make you stay away from infections and illnesses. Just add one spoon of turmeric powder to one glass of milk and drink it every day. If you are not a milk lover, then you can add turmeric to your vegetables that you consume to ensure that your immune system is balanced.

Garlic:
Garlic is believed to have anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and anti-carcinogenic substances that make your immunity strong by helping you stay away from cold, cough, and flu. Garlic also helps some people to have good bowel movements, thus reducing any sort of gas troubles. You can just fry 4-5 cloves of garlic in little oil and eat it with your lunch or dinner every day. If you don’t like to eat that way, then you can add garlic to your vegetables that you cook as it will also taste nicer.
