Health is wealth and the coronavirus pandemic has given this strong message to the whole world in the last year. If you have good health and your immune system is quite strong enough then you can fight the coronavirus disease and triumph it. Our immune system is highly essential to be good enough and we need to literally follow a healthy and active lifestyle and not just say about it.

The coronavirus pandemic is deadly and if we have a strong immunity then we can overcome this health crisis successfully. But if we have co-morbidities and follow a very hectic lifestyle then we are increasing our chances to get a disease or diseases unintentionally. Studies have told us since the start that we need to take our health into our hands and care for ourselves as no one can do that for us.

In order to have a healthy-living approach and make sure that our immune system keeps working for its best, we need to follow the below measures on a regular basis and there is no escape from it for sure.

1) Exercise regularly. You don’t have to follow a celebrity lifestyle or contest for any beauty pageant. All you need to do is get up from your chair or sofa where you are sitting for hours at a stretch and keep moving from one corner to the other. Standing, stretching, bending, walking are exercises only that also you can follow on a daily basis and you will start loving them if you do them with full faith.

2) Say no to fried food and sweets. Yes, it is understandable that staying at home you feel more hungry and get the pangs to eat such foods. But it is a strict no to eat such foods on a daily basis. You can have sweets and fried or spicy foods once in 15 days but in limited proportions.

3) No smoking and no drinking. Just eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Meditate for at least 10 minutes a day and sleep for 8 hours every day. You need to be very firm and strictly follow a schedule to ensure that you can build up good health while you are at home during this pandemic.
