Sleep and eat well to cope with the pandemic

Some 100 years back, whenever someone fell sick, they would be given homemade medicines and asked to rest for some days and take a break from their routine activities. They were asked to eat well and sleep well as these two acts will help them recover from whatever unknown illnesses that the body or mind was bothered with. As science made development and now as technology is advancing, common people are getting easier access to information about how they can get rid of their common health issues.

Say 15 years back, when I was troubled with headaches once every week, I had to rush to a local doctor who would ask me to take medicines whenever I get the headaches. When Google stepped into my life, I started reading more about how to cure headaches naturally with the help of home remedies like jeera water, eating garlic and ginger for proper digestion of food, applying dalchini powder on my head where the ache is more and steam inhalation at times. These remedies are of course time-consuming and require an effort but they help me to get rid of the headache with proper rest and diet in a couple of days and I don’t have pop in a pill.

Thus, ensure to sleep for at least 8 hours each day and eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the proper time without skipping any of them for any reason. This simple lifestyle can help you stay away from many illnesses that are only looking to enter a body, stay and create havocs in life.
