1) Drinking water as soon as one gets up in the morning is found to be an effective way to improve your bodily functions and also aid weight loss. Ensure that you drink enough water all through the day so that you can stay hydrated and feel fresh.

2) Take time to jog or run a mile as it helps to keep your muscles strong and helps you feel fit and fine.
