Dussehra, also called as Vijayadashami is celebrated on 25 October 2020.
The festival marks the end of the Navratri festival, which is the celebration of nine forms of Goddess Durga.
It calls for the celebration of the victory of Goddess Durga over the buffalo demon Mahishasura. In order to protect dharma and restore peace in the world, Goddess Durga kills the evil Mahishasura.
It is believed on the same day, Lord Ram killed Ravan who had abducted his wife Sita.
It is said that Arjuna in Mahabharat defeated all the kuru warriors such as Bhishma, Drona, Ashwatthama, Karna and Kripa on this day.
So, basically, all the above examples prove that Goodness always gets justice no matter how powerful bad or evil is.
