Many times we get into demanding situations that ask us to give a lot of effort to achieve better results. It can also be times when things don’t go as per our plans and we are more or less made to believe that we are doing wrong if we don’t fulfill our promises. We are going nowhere if we do all the work in an impossible way and don’t get the required acknowledgment for the hard work done.

Negative or pessimistic thinking also makes us feel that we should and must be doing stuff to maintain peace and be in the good books of others. However, working in such a manner will eventually lead us to get into a mental breakdown mode because we no more live in a dominant world but in a democratic world where every person has the right to live as per their life choices.

Even if you are asked to do things that are not of your interest, saying NO wouldn’t make you good or bad. It just shows your vulnerabilities as a human being and you would eventually end up being more loyal and faithful towards the company or relationship. So, just be yourself, change a little if the situation demands and see how beautiful the world will become inside and outside you.
