The book deals with 13 important elements for a happy and healthy life such as relationships, home, finance, career, health, physical activity, joy, spirituality, home-cooked food, creativity, education, social life, and climate change.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan launched the book and even discussed different chapters of the book in a media interaction.
Salman also loves his mom’s food and prefers home-cooked food even while shooting.
Deanne chose Salman to launch the book in front of the world as he follows all the principles mentioned in the book like eating home-cooked food, doing charity, contributing to society, taking care of health, and managing relationships.
