We are all going through a really bad phase in our lives. We don’t know what is going to happen next.

Will we be able to see the next year is also a big question on our minds – considering what is happening in the whole world right now.

But should we stop living? Should we give up to the current scenario and keep crying or sit sad all the time?

The answer is BIG NO. You should see what you can do to overcome the challenges.

Music has proved to be the biggest therapy for patients and newborn children. It can set moods right and help us get the needed clarity.

So think about your favorite singer. Google the singer’s name and start listening to his or her songs daily for half an hour. Do this as a practice or activity for the next 30 days and then see the results in your outlook of life. The results will be marvelous.
