Life is too short and long at the same time

As they say, the grass is always greener on the other side. Same way, life is short for some who think they want to achieve what they want in life by doing it right away and life is long for people who take each day as one day at a time. Both the philosophies of viewing life as short and long are right in their own way. For a person who is impulsive and young by heart, he or she who is always in the rush and doesn’t like procrastinating, for them life is a short journey with a lot of things to be done and accomplished.

For a slow walker who considers life as a natural process of evolution and growth, life seems to be one step at a time journey. You ask him or her to hurry up to do things and they will not enjoy the process. They feel each thing that they have started or are a part of needs a detailed and in-depth understanding and thus, they take baby steps to go wherever they want in life. You will meet different types of people in life who will ask you to slow down or rush up depending on how they lead their lives. Some may follow a mix and match of both in different aspects of their lives. So, they will advise you as per their approach. Viewing life as a short or long journey is completely your choice but remember whatever you chose, learn to be happy with it.
