1) Address your problems first:
Whenever you are in a problem, first try to understand what is the root cause of the issue rather than jumping to thinking that running away from the problem only can give you solutions. You can write down in a book of what are the scenarios that are causing troubles in your relationship or job or education etc. Whatever is bothering you, always has a possible solution and you need to surely find it out to face it boldly and bravely.
2) Do not compare and criticize:
Like my friend shared how she feels jealous when she sees happy couples among her friend list on Facebook and Instagram. She said these comparisons that she is unable to lead a life like them are making her go insane. Also, self-criticism of not living up to the expectations of others is making her feel worse about the whole thing. So, that’s why you should avoid looking at others’ lives and simply focus on your life to lead a good one.
3) Take the initiative and talk it out:
Instead of cribbing that your life is full of problems, you need to take charge of your life and make people know that you are having an issue that needs their expert guidance and advice. It is okay to err but it is not okay to keep mum or lie around showing life is beautiful. When you have pain, share it as it will ease out your negative emotions and also help you get clarity to focus on the important matters of your life.
4) Live the life of your dreams:
It is a complete myth if you are made to believe that you are not supposed to live the life of your dreams. You can surely work on your dreams irrespective of whatever situation or surrounding you are in. All you need to do is make a plan and take small steps to achieve your goals. Remember to appreciate your small wins, as well as they, are only going to help reach bigger goals in life.
Last but not the least, do not overthink a lot. A lot of the time we imagine worse-case scenarios and create a mountain out of a molehill, so just chill dude! Take it easy and be positive.
