Kenzo Takada passed away due to coronavirus

The popular fashion designer Kenzo Takada from Japan has passed away at the age of 81 due to coronavirus.

Kenzo is well-known for his jungle-infused designs and free-spirited aesthetic.

Kenzo’s family said that he died on Sunday in a hospital in Paris due to the complications that arised out of coronavirus.

The exact cause of death has not been revealed to the media yet.

Kenzo will be missed by the world’s fashion industry as he always encouraged creativity and colour in all his work.

Kenzo will forever remain one of the most appreciated designers of the Paris fashion industry.

Born on 27 February 1939 in Himeji, Kenzo’s love for fashion began after he started reading his sisters’ fashion magazines.

He completed his studies from the Bunka College of Fashion in Tokyo.

Later, he got an opportunity to work as a freelance designer in Japan and then shifted to Paris to do memorable work in the industry.
