We sometimes neglect a lingering headache, do not pay attention to shortness, quick heartbeat, changes in menstrual cycles, and sudden weight fluctuations because health takes a back seat for us. Missing the onset of certain diseases could make things more difficult later.

Shortness of breath on a regular basis: Remember that women are more susceptible to silent heart attacks, with breathlessness and acute weariness being the most typical symptoms rather than chest pain. It’s also possible that you have anaemia or lung problems.
Heart problems: Chest pain, rapid heartbeat, pain in the arms, shoulders, or jaw, and/or shortness of breath could all be signs of a heart problem. Spontaneous dissection of the arteries supplying the heart muscle is uncommon, can strike young people, and affects women more frequently than males.
Feeling weak: Sudden weakness of the face or limbs could be a sign of a stroke. Other signs and symptoms include slurred speech, blurred vision, and difficulty walking. Because it may be difficult to notice these symptoms and seek early care, your family and friends should be aware of them as well.

Changes in menstrual period: If you observe significant changes in the quantity, duration, flow, or level of discomfort during your menstrual cycle, you should see your doctor. These alterations could indicate benign disorders such polycystic ovaries or uterine fibroids, or they could be connected to natural menopause.
Unexpected skin changes: Prediabetes can be detected by darkened skin in the armpits and behind the neck, as well as many skin tags. Actinic or Solar Keratosis are two precancerous conditions that cause crusty, scaly growths. Keep an eye out for any changes in the size, shape, or colour of existing moles, as well as any new spots that appear.
