Before the 21 days of lockdown being carried out to prevent global epidemic corona, the people of the country were eagerly waiting for its opening. But as soon as the Prime Minister announced to extend this lockdown till May 3, due to the situation of the country, people started feeling bored while staying at home. In such a situation, the question was that what should be done during this which somehow removes the time of lockdown and does not have to be bored.
Keeping in mind the similar problems during the lockdown, Dr. Kamran Zuberi has made a short film in which people who are bored during this period are advised to do something which is their work as well while staying at home in different ways and they can avoid being bored.
This short film tells about online exercise, dancing, listening to melody music, etc. Through the tips given in this film, one can easily pass the time and avoid getting bored. When Dr. Kamaran Zuberi was discussed about this, he told that in such a way, various types of false videos are going viral on WhatsApp to mislead people. Keeping this in mind, the idea was to make a video that could give some relief to those who were bored during the lockdown.
It is noteworthy that while working at the National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi, Dr. Zuberi has done several courses in cinematography and video production. So far he has produced several documentaries including ‘The Teacher’ nominated at the New York Film Festival which was made in English. Apart from this, Dr. Zuberi has made two other short documents on lockdown itself, which have become very viral in the country and abroad through WhatsApp, Facebook etc.
