Foods that power up your immunity

In the age of dieting and becoming fitness freaks, we need to understand that hitting the gym or doing yoga is not something that everyone does. Some stay healthy even by doing their daily chores of exercise and eating the right foods at regular intervals. Immunity has become the hottest topic of our country today due to the coronavirus pandemic. People are thinking more carefully about what foods they should consume so that they can remain energetic and revitalize their bodies. Here are some foods that are quite recommended as it provides good health benefits.

1) Mango is a seasonal delicacy and is considered to be the king of fruits. It is always tasty and there is no one I have met in my life who says that he hates to eat mango. Before cutting and eating mangoes, just soak them for 20 to 30 minutes in water.

2) Cashew Apple is considered to be quite rich in Vitamin C than an orange. This fruit has carbohydrates and various antimicrobial properties that are good for health.

4) Gajar ka Halwa is the sweetest dessert item that is quite easier to make and eat. People generally think that Gajar halwa is not good for health as it has lots of sweets but if you cook it with love and gur instead of sugar, it won’t harm your health.

5) Amla is good for people with scaly skin or for those having skin ailments and need moisture. Amla has a good amount of iron, magnesium, and vitamin B that can relax the nerves in winter and is also useful for anti-aging purposes.

6) Tilgul ghya aani god god bola. Tilgul has enough amounts of nutrients that can help keep the body warm during the winter or rainy season. Try making the small til laddus at home to stay away from cold-related diseases.
