We are currently in the winter season. It takes a lot of healing time for people who get cold and cough quickly in this testing season. Winters are usually good for the ones who have good body heat to help them sustain in the season. Whereas, people who are not used to this seasonal change, often fall sick and end up eating a lot of foods that increase their body heat. For people who have issues in managing their body heat, here are some foods that can help you keep the body temperature balance despite different seasonal changes.

1) Buttermilk is recommended for people who feel that their body is heated up due to either intake of heat-inducing foods or due to their changes in the physical level during the seasonal change. Buttermilk needs to be consumed in a diluted way rather than drinking as curd with sugar or salt. Buttermilk can be consumed for two to three glasses a day as it is that beneficial for health. If had with a little pinch of salt, it can taste really well and also provide a healing effect to the body struggling with heat issues.

2) A banana a day can really keep your body cool rather than hot. It can help remove the toxins from the body that gets piled up due to the intake of various types of foods. Your bowel movements become regular and thus, you won’t end up getting piles or motion-related issues if you are a regular eater of bananas.

3) Drinking 8 glasses of water a day can help remove the toxins from your body and also it makes you feel less heated up inside your systems. It is a way to remove the unwanted stuff from your body through urination or bowel movements and thus, water at lukewarm temperature is a cooling aid in digestion along with managing your bodily changes in the changing seasons.
