Dominic has divided his training into two parts – the first 3 days revolves around compound lift followed by circuit or high-intensity styled training. The other two days of his training regime strict 40 to 60 minutes of high intensity, circuit style training.
Mondays: Push Ups’ Bench Press, Triceps Pushdowns, Close Grip Push-Ups, and Cable or Dumbbell Chest Flys.
Tuesdays: Circuit and High-Intensity Training, and Push-Ups.
Wednesdays: Deadlifts and Intensity Training with Push-Ups, Deadlifts, Dumbbell Rows, and Wide Grip Pull-Ups.
Thursdays: Circuit and High-Intensity Training with Push-Ups, and Air Squats.
Fridays: Squat and Intensity Training with Air Squats, Back Squats, Goblet Squats, Kettlebell Swings, Weighted Lunges, and Arnold Press.
Saturday and Sundays are his rest days.
As far as Dominic’s diet is concerned, he practices a lot of variation of the Warrior Diet, and relies on controlled fasting and having food consisting of one big meal in a day. He starts his day with a cup of coffee at 6.00 a.m. and after hitting the gym, he grazes on nuts, fruits, and non-sugary protein shakes of Bulletproof Coffee. He takes his a big meal at night, which mainly consists of fish and salads.
