It’s an easy recipe to make and enjoy by following the instructions-
- Take a kadai, heat the oil. Stir in the garlic and onions for 2 minutes over a medium to high heat, stirring often.
- Stir in the chopped mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes on high heat, or until the mushrooms are gently browned around the edges.
- The combination will quickly become watery as the mushrooms release water, and the oil will become visible as the water evaporates.
- Add celery and stir fry for a minute after the mushrooms have turned light golden.
- Season with black pepper and salt as needed.
