We are hearing news about young actors and celebrities dying due to cardiac arrest and heart failure quite often nowadays. It is when such news comes to our feed, we get to know how fragile life is. Well, research is still being carried on about the root causes of heart failure and if it is linked with mental health or not, from my experience I would like to say that “always listen to your heart no matter what”. It is because I always consult my heart or the inner mind to take decisions rather than consulting my brain or people’s opinions which don’t work for me always. Being a follower of homeopathy and spirituality, I have always lived life on my terms than people’s expectations. I didn’t mind being even called a serial quitter for not taking up challenging projects and assignments despite having the knowledge of how to carry it out.
I wasn’t so right from the start and always tried to listen to others to fit in with the societal norms of living and speaking. But of late, when I started getting the confidence of being myself is when I started to do things right as per my heart’s wants rather than listening to external forces. More or less, I will ensure to not take my heart for granted ever as it only knows the reality of our lives.
