Taking the first dose and second dose of the coronavirus vaccine has become highly important for people living in India as the upcoming wave of the COVID-19 is reportedly going to create more havoc in people’s lives. So, if you haven’t yet taken the vaccine, please check at your nearby vaccination centre for the stock availability and get your shot.

For people who plan to take the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine, be ready to face few after-effects after taking the injection like headache, arm pain, acidity, leg pain, chills, fever, body pain, as these are some of the common complaints of people taking the first and second dose of the vaccine against the coronavirus disease. But don’t worry, these symptoms won’t last more than 3 days.

Some experts also suggest drinking coconut water after you take the vaccine jab as it has various health benefits which can keep a control on blood pressure and keep one hydrated. Also, coconut water is said to have more nutrients than milk as it doesn’t have fat content or cholesterol. Coconut water has Vitamin C properties, anti-oxidant properties, magnesium, potassium, thus making it a good alternative for saline glucose.

Coconut water also has the ability to detoxify your body as it can flush out the toxins and unwanted substances from your body. So, taking coconut water after you get the vaccine injections to fight the coronavirus disease is a recommended one. Make sure to drink ample water before and after the COVID-19 vaccination. It is suggested that you drink at least 11 to 15 cups of water every day after you have taken the vaccination. It will keep you prevented from severe acidity, nausea, diarrhea.

Please do not drink alcohol or consume tobacco after taking the jab and as much as possible, quit such addictions for your good health in the long run.
