I have seen people fighting for a job position or a role in a company that they think deserves better than anyone else. These fights, arguments, and plottings are stemmed from jealousy to rise above and over everyone. We may think that we deserve everything we want in life but there are times when the right candidates get the right job and we miss out on a lot of opportunities. We are not naive and neither less efficient but we need to let go of certain things in life in order to save people and relations.

Anger or hatred in any form is a self-destruction tool that not only kills the person from within but in fact, destroys everything that the person has earned in his or her life over a period of time. We can argue and even take a stand saying that this is a materialistic world where everything runs with money alone. But there is something called humanity as well that is the core of even the monetary transactions that happen between companies to companies and individuals to companies.

No relationship is bigger than humanity and that involves a relationship with our job and money as well. We may see a lot of changes in the coming decades about how jobs and careers evolve. But we will need clarity on why and how we want to take our lives ahead. We need to design our future based on TRUST rather than based on fear-based feelings and thoughts.
No job is bigger or small and same way no person is big or small. Each one of us in the world is trying to build our lives based on whatever experiences and learnings we have received and know the best. Let us all support each other in whichever way we can so that we can build a life that is fruitful for generations to come.
