Losing weight is a one night game. Deciding what to eat when trying to lose weight is much more difficult. The wrong foods may increase your appetite and cause you to lose sight of your weight loss goals. There are several food items that are helpful in weight losing.

Here are some breakfast food ideas to help you lose weight:

Vegetable and Egg Omelette

Egg whites, in particular, are high in nutrients and low in calories. By whisking two or three egg whites and adding some vegetables like tomato and mushroom, along with some cheese, you can produce a superb omelette in no time. Alternatively, egg whites can be scrambled in a plate lined with black paper.

Smoothie with pumpkin and apples

In a blender, combine almond milk, apples, pumpkin, yoghurt, ice, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Cover and blend until smooth. 1 tablespoon granola per serving

Avocado toast 

Simply toast your bread (you can use any sort of toast or sliced bread) and mash an avocado with a fork in a small bowl. With cilantro, lime, salt, and pepper, spread the mixture over the toasted slice of bread. With a dusting of pepper flakes on top, serve.
