1) Icecream, Iced tea, Coffee:

When the season is cold, it makes sense to consume foods that provide heat to the body. But when the season is hot, why don’t you make iced tea, ice-creams, and iced coffee a part of your diet? Well, not every day but once in a week or 15 days, you take the opportunity to enjoy these cool foods to give you relief from the summer.

2) Watermelons:

Due to dehydration, there is a possibility that you will feel tired and weak, which actually consuming watermelons can make you avoid the same. And you know this is the season when mangoes start coming in the market to make you feel refreshed and also give a beautiful summer treat. Like if you are bugged up with the summer heat today, just cut mango and eat and feel good.
