Recipe 1 – Jaggery Modak with Oats
In order to prepare this recipe, you need a preparation and cooking time of around 20-25 minutes. With the quantity mentioned in the recipe, 2 people can have this dish well.
For the preparation of this dish, you need ingredients such as 1 cup of 200 grams of instant oats, 2-3 spoons of homemade ghee, 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup jaggery that is made as a paste, and 1/4 glass milk for added flavor. You can also add almonds, raisins, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, and cashews if required. In medium heat, you can roast oats for five minutes. Then add dry fruits and oats to a mixer to grind them well and create a powder. Add jaggery and grind it further. Now you can add milk or homemade ghee to a bowl. In the bowl, you can further put the ground powder and stir them well. Then you can create modaks with the help of the combined paste and keep it for bhog.

Recipe 2 – Sugarless barfi made with ginger and related ingredients
To prepare this dish, you need to keep aside 20 minutes of your time. All you would require is 50 grams of ginger paste, 100 grams of jaggery or date paste, 100 ml of milk, 1/2 tsp of clove powder, 1/2 spoon of ginger powder, 1/2 spoon of cinnamon powder, 2 spoons of milk powder, and 1/2 spoon of home-made or desi ghee. You can also add dry fruits and seeds for additional taste. Do not use or add water to this recipe as it will not help you get good barfis. On a plate, put ghee and keep it aside. Then in a kadai, put milk and boil it. You can mix jaggery powder or date paste with milk. You can put all the powders mentioned above (clove powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, milk powder, and ginger paste) and stir the milk paste well. Now put the mixture on the plate where you have applied the ghee. Also, add the dry fruits and seeds to the mixture. Then keep it in the fridge after it is cooled down. You can cut the barfis in small or medium sizes based on your preference.
Recipe 3- Sugar less sweet potato laddu
You would require 20 minutes to prepare this amazing laddu recipe. For the preparation of the recipe, you require 2 cups of boiled and mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup of jaggery powder or paste, 4 tsp of grated coconut, mixed cashews and almonds as per your requirement, 1/2 spoon of green cardamom powder, 15-20 raisins and 4-5 spoons of ghee. Keep a non-stick pan and add ghee to it. Then put the mashed sweet potatoes for 15 minutes on medium flame. Then you can add the coconut, almonds, cashews, cardamom, raisins, and jaggery. Stir the mixture well so that it comes together. Now make small balls of the mixture and add one spoonful of coconut powder to it. Keep them in the fridge for some minutes and then you can serve.
