Harrisburg: US President Donald Trump’s campaign team has withdrawn the lawsuit filed to halt the final stamping process on the results of the Pennsylvania presidential election.
Democratic Party candidate Joe Biden won the US presidential election here. The case was scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, but Trump’s expedition withdrew his request.
The campaign team filed an amended lawsuit in federal court on Sunday. It requested a stay on the final stamping process on the results of Pennsylvania. Leading media houses that declared Biden the winner in the US presidential election on November 3, but Trump has yet to accept defeat.
