Karachi: Anees Ibrahim, brother of fugitive underworld kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, has denied that Dawood and his wife Mahzabeen were infected with the corona virus. In fact, some media reports on Friday claimed that Dawood Ibrahim and Mahzabeen were also found to be Covid-19 positive, after which they were admitted to the Military Hospital in Karachi.
Reports also claimed that Dawood’s guards and other staff had been quarantined. Anees told that her brother and sister-in-law are not Corona positive and all are in their house. With this, Anees admitted that business was still going on in the UAE and Pakistan.
Dawood Ibrahim has been involved in many terrorist incidents in India. Dawood is accused of the 1993 Mumbai blasts and has several Interpol notices against him. In addition, he has hundreds of cases of murder, extortion, drug smuggling. The Government of India has placed it in the Most Wanted list.
