Washington: US President Donald Trump has claimed that the US has prepared 2 million vaccines to prevent corona virus (COVID-19). Donald Trump said, “As soon as we get the confidence of this vaccine being safe, then we will start using it.” Donald Trump claimed to have made the vaccine on Friday (June 5). “We had a meeting on Thursday (June 4) about the Corona vaccine,” Donald Trump said in his regular press conference. It was found in the meeting that we have done a very good job on this. We have prepared two million vaccines. Now the work of sending it to the people remains.
Donald Trump, however, has also said that the vaccine has not been confirmed to be safe. Therefore, before testing humans on a large scale, it is necessary that they get the approval of scientists. Donald Trump did not reveal when the vaccine would begin to be used. Nor did Trump state which company or specific vaccine he was referring to.
Scientists around the world are currently working hard to develop the Covid-19 vaccine. In May, the US-based company ‘Moderna’ tested the Covid-19 vaccine on a small group of healthy people. Moderna had said that the initial data for her vaccine “mRNA-1273” showed that it had produced antibodies within eight healthy people. Experts, however, said the vaccine could take months or even a year to produce. According to the World Health Organization, 8 ‘Covid-19 vaccines’ are being clinically tested, while 110 candidates are still searching.
